HeyConnect — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HeyConnect, operated by Heygroup LLC ("Heygroup", "we", "us"), 700 El Camino Real, Suite 120-1037, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

HeyConnect is a personal CRM for managing contacts, logging interactions, tracking relationships, and drafting communications, including AI-assisted features.

Your account

Access currently requires an approved email address. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use HeyConnect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; store or process data about other people without a lawful basis; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or attempt to manipulate or subvert our AI features or safety measures.

AI features

AI-generated summaries, insights, suggestions, and draft messages are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before relying on or acting on it.

Payments, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your transaction in addition to these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues until the end of your current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

We own the HeyConnect application and all rights in it. You retain ownership of the content you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process your content to provide the service, including sending relevant content to our AI providers when you use AI features.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heygroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Delaware / California — confirm with counsel], United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
